Q: What did you do prior to becoming a recruiter?

A:  25 years in sales and sales management, 18 of those in software

Q: Why did you decide to become a recruiter and what year (xx, xx, xxxx) did you become a recruiter?

A: To stay in the field that I found interesting and compelling (building software sales teams) without the associated 75% travel. 10/12/1998

Q:  Who were your role models and are you mentoring others now?

A:  Greg Esty was my role model for recruiting capabilities.

Q: If you were asked what your job title is, how would you respond?

A: President.

Q:  Is your primary job function sales driven or recruiting driven?

A:  Both

Q: Why did you join USRC and what prompts you to continue to be a member?

A:  It allows me to be with a group of professional individuals with common goals and problems.
