Two words are the best response: HOG WASH!

If you believe you haven't time to post jobs you are just lying to yourself!  Get real, you can't tell me that you are busy every minute of every day,  five days a week.  If you are, and your not making gobs of money, rather than posting jobs, you probably should just quit as this job isn't for you!

If you are one of those that over the years posted a mere one to two jobs and then complained that your posted jobs didn't yield any qualified candidates, I can only say to you I am not surprised.  However, please consider how many calls you need to make in order to source one qualified candidate.

Also, I have said all along, the best use of posted jobs is realized when you use them in your candidate recruit calls.

The silly thing is, what would it hurt to post several openings?
