• Posting instructions for those offices with multiple recruiters.

1. In the event your office has multiple recruiters, the system is set up so that each recruiter can post his/her own job opportunities.

2. The principles are the same as in "overview".  

3. However, in the event one person is entering the jobs for all the recruiters (say an office manager) that person can't not enter jobs for more than one recruiter at a time without making a new modem connection. Or, the computer must be turned off in order to clear the computer's cache memory.

4. If you don't clear the cache, the new job entries will be posted to the previous recruiter's posted jobs.
