The US Recruting Network became a reality in the Spring of
1996
- USRN
is a service bureau dedicated to serve independent
recruiters nationwide.
- USRN
is not run by a profit seeking team of investors or a
pseudo association.*
- USRN
is a network of recruiters (subscribers) working together
to make placements and improve their odds of success. And,
at the same time we are building a network of peers who
are willing to lend a hand or a moment to listen to and
assist a fellow recruiter.
- USRN
members on average, have successfully been recruiting for
15 plus years
- USRN
membership enables independent recruiters to compete in
the marketplace without having to become a franchisee and
or pay a fee to the network for doing split bussiness.
- USRN
membership is by inviation only, thus assuring the highest
professional standards, mutual trust, and integrity.
The primary directive of the
network is to "treat others
as we would want them to treat us." During the
evaluation stage of becoming a member, prospective members
who violates this basic principle are not invited to join
our organization. And, existing members who violate this
principle are weeded out of our organization.
The core group of
USRN has one common
thread; they all worked, prior to going out on their own, as
recruiters, corporate managers and or as franchises for a
large Cleveland based national recruiting firm.
A prudent investor would
not invest in a merging technology company without knowing
something about the CEO. If you agree, you might want to
