CRPC - Certification
Certified Recruiting
Personnel ConsultantCertification has become a buzzword in our society extending far beyond the familiar M.D., and C.P.A. we instantly recognize as consumers.
USRC enables our recruiters to become certified as a Certified Recruiting Personnel Consultant (CRPC). We encourage all USRC members to take advantage of this certification program for our members.
As you may or may not know, our Mission Statement states:
- The primary objective of USRC is to promote and advance the standards of professionalism within the recruitment industry. Having said that, we encourage our members to become certified either through the NAPS CPC Certification Program (CPC) and or through our own Member Certification Program CRPC. Click here to see a listing of our members who are certified.
- The secondary mission of USRC is to provide the tools and programs needed to help ensure our members success in the competitive recruiting industry.
Since our goal is to advance the standards of professionalism with the recruitment industry, it seems logical to recognize those members who meet specific educational requirements and to also recognize those members who contribute to the education of our fellow members.
The pre-requisites of Certification are as follows. You must fulfill a minimum of two out of the following three:
Each applicant will download the CRPC Study Materials and will only achieve CRPC status upon achieving a passing grade on the written exam:
- Federal Employment Laws
- Business Ethics
- Business & Desk Development
- Sales Techniques
In addition to passing the CRPC exam each CRPC applicant will need to also meet two additional requirements. Those requirements are:
- Attend the National Conference at least on an every other year basis and or
- Serve on one of these committees for a period of one year:
- The CRPC Committee
- The USRC / Level3 Split-Network Steering Committee
- IOR Developmental Committee
- Welcoming Committee
- PR Committee
- Vendor Relations Committee
- The Recruiters Edge Committee
- National Conference Committee
- USRC Advisor Board
Those members who meet these standards and achieve certification need to meet the continuing pre-requites of certification every two years or their certification rights will be revoked.
The cost of accessing the manual and test is $45.00 and those who achieve a passing grade will receive a CRPC Certificate. Those members who achieve certification will also be recognized in the Member's Internet Office. See an example: http://www.us-recruiters.com/members/reinitz.html. We also encourage those who achieve certification status to promote their certification on and in their business stationary.
We are confident that being certified will add credibility to our members creditability with their clients - demonstrating that they care enough about themselves to become certified as Certified Recruiting Personnel Consultant, a CRPC.
